Refund Policy

1. Free Plan
The MarkupHQ Starter plan is free and does not require payment. No refund is applicable for free plans.
2. Paid Plans
If you are unsatisfied with your MarkupHQ Pro or Team subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@hivetechs.io with your account email and the reason for your request.
- Include your subscription plan and the date of the charge.
- We will process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the billing page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time after the 14-day refund window.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in cases of Terms of Service violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the refund policy.
