MarkupHQ is a browser-based PDF markup and collaboration platform designed for construction teams. The service allows users to annotate, comment on, and share construction drawings and documents.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service without our consent

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to MarkupHQ. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiveTechs Collective LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
